Bonus Club Term's & Conditions

• Beechdale Bonus Club cards are issued by Beechdale Garden Centre & remain the property of Beechdale Garden Centre.
• Applicants must be aged 18+ to join the Bonus Club.
• Beechdale reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the Beechdale Bonus Club card or points at any time, or alter, amend or terminate the card at any time without prior notice.
• Beechdale reserves the right to terminate the Bonus Club at any time by giving a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Any notice will be posted on the Beechdale website (www.beechdale.ie) and we will contact you at your selected communication channel.
• The Bonus Club is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club.
• The Bonus Club card is non-transferable. It can only be used by the original applicant.
• Rewards can only be redeemed by the named member of the Bonus Club.
• Beechdale reserves the right to reject any Bonus Club card, if they deem that it has been forged or otherwise tampered with.
• The Bonus Club card holder is responsible for the proper use & security of their card and the points accumulated thereon.
• Beechdale reserves the right to substitute rewards in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
• Beechdale’s decision shall be final & binding in all matters regarding the Beechdale Bonus Club.
• Particular redemption offers may have their own particular Terms & Conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions
• To collect points the member must present their Bonus Club card at the point of transaction. Points cannot be allocated after a transaction has completed.
• Internet purchases are not included in the Bonus Club & therefore do not qualify for points.
• The purchase of gift vouchers and event tickets are excluded from gaining Bonus Club points and offer.
• There must be a total spend of at least €1.00 in a single transaction for that transaction to qualify for the collection of points.
• For ever €1.00 spent in a single transaction, 1 point will be awarded, redeemable against different rewards/promotions. Points will be deducted against any refunds given. 1 point = 1 cent.
• Points collected do not have a monetary value & cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points will not be accumulated when a transaction is paid for using a One4All or Me2You card.
• Your Beechdale Bonus Club card is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.
• In order to redeem points, a minimum of 500 points must be available on your Bonus Club card.
• Points are only allocated to your card on completion of your transaction and therefore can not be gained and redemmed in the same transaction unless otherwise specified.
• In the event of a Bonus Club card being lost, stolen or damaged a replacement card may be obtained from Beechdale. In these circumstances ID will be required to establish the members identity, and the points will be transferred onto a new loyalty card. The old loyalty card will be removed from the system & may not be used again in the future.
• Personal details that you supply during the application process will be held by Beechdale Garden Centre in the strictest confidence and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
• Bonus Club offers are currently an in-store only offer and are strictly limited to one per single transaction and to one single Bonus Club member.
