Lilium candidum

Species lily with broad lance-shaped bright green basal leaves. In mid-summer produces a raceme of sweetly fragrant pure white flowerd with yellowish basesand bright yellow stamens. Requires neutral to alkaline soil. Height 1 to 1.5 metres.
