Little Gardeners Egg Heads Cress Seeds are part of The Little Gardeners collection, giving children inspiration for easy, educational gardening. Growing quickly indoors all year, they are high-quality, easy-to-grow, and perfect for fun, memory-making moments for young gardeners.
Step 1 - To make a cress egg head, draw a face on an empty egg shell. Any small container can also be used.
Step 2 - Sprinkle seed into the egg shells or containers, onto moist cotton wool, tissue paper or a thin layer of compost. Keep moist.
Step 3 - Place on a windowsill until ready to harvest when about 5cm tall.
Step 4 - Cut with scissors and enjoy the cress on an egg sandwich!
