Mr. F Little Gardeners Grow a Rainbow Chard

Botanical Name: Beta vulgaris

150 seeds

Little Gardeners Grow A Rainbow Chard Seeds are part of The Little Gardeners collection, helping children explore growing colourful, edible plants. Producing vibrant stems and tender leaves from July to November, they are easy to grow, high-quality, and provide inspiration for playful, memory-making gardening experiences.

Step 1 - Sow outdoors April to July, thinly, 1.5cm deep in large containers or in rows 40cm apart. Keep moist.
Step 2- Once seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them out to about 15cm apart.
Step 3 - Harvest by picking a few leaves and stems from each plant, so it can regrow.
Step 4 - From July to November, enjoy the stems steamed, leaves as spinach or baby leaves in salads.
