Step 1 - Sow outdoors March to July, thinly, 1.5cm deep in containers or in rows 20cm apart. Keep moist.
Step 2- Thin out as they grow by harvesting alternate carrots, leaving others space to grow on.
Step 3 - Make a repeat sowing after 3-4 weeks for a longer harvest season.
Step 4 - Enjoy harvesting June to October and eating the tasty roots as a fresh snack or cooked.
